About
hi i'm rachael, owner of rachael b pilates and the movement for life studio.
my interest in health and wellbeing started at a young age. i graduated with a degree in pharmacology and toxicology and this developed into a very keen interest in natural remedies and therapies. a low back issue in my 30s lead me to pilates and my passion for its practice has grown over the past 15 years.
i truly believe that pilates can be practised by everyone. if you haven’t exercised in a while, if you're a sports persons or exercise regularly, or whether you're recovering from an injury, illness or operation, pilates has benefits for all.
i have worked with people of all ages and abilities, I'm passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and I'm dedicated to making the practice accessible to everyone. pilates and stretching can improve your body and mind, and can help you live a healthier and more fulfilled life.
