a 45 minute reformer based class; incorporating exercises to mobilise, strengthen and stabilise the body; and stretches to ease tight muscles and improve flexibility.

​

every body is different so with just 3 people in each class you'll receive individual attention and adaptations if necessary.

the perfect class if you're looking for a full-body workout.

a 55 minute circuit style class using the pilates apparatus and small equipment. each class incorporates exercises to mobilise, strengthen and stabilise the body.

​

​

every body is different so class sizes of up to 6 people allows for some individual attention and adaptations if necessary.

release & stretch

the perfect class if you need to release tension, ease pain, stretch and improve flexibility.

​

this 55 minute class combines mobility, myofascial release and stretching, using the pilates apparatus and small equipment such as the foam roller, massage ball and pilates circle. we use techniques to help release and restore motion in the muscles and joints.

​

every body is different so class sizes of up to 6 people allows for some individual attention and adaptations if necessary.

perfect if you prefer a tailored session to meet your individual needs and goals.

​

an initial assessment will be carried out to discuss your goals and to assess your posture and how you move. from this your 6 week tailored programme will be created. private pilates sessions are 60 minutes.

this 30 minute online class incorporates pilates based exercises to strengthen and challenge the glutes and core.

this 45 minute online class focuses on mobility, stabilising & strengthening exercises with a stretch to finish.

this 60 minute class takes place on the last saturday of each month and incorporates myofascial release and stretching using the foam roller, massage ball & resistance band.
